• Revisions: Requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of receiving the initial content.

5. Payment Terms

Turnaround times will be agreed upon at the start of each project. Mint Dot Web will make every effort to deliver the content within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Content Ownership and Rights

• Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the content produced.
• Rights: Mint Dot Web reserves the right to use the content for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Mint Dot Web agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s consent.

10. Warranties and Liability

• Original Content: Mint Dot Web guarantees that all content will be original and free from plagiarism.
• Accuracy: While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Mint Dot Web is not liable for any errors or omissions in the content provided.

11. Termination

• By Client: The client may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced.
• By Mint Dot Web: Mint Dot Web reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if the client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mint Dot Web operates.

Mint Dot Web reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
